RETURN POLICY

1. When Can I Request a Return?

A return or replacement may be considered if:

You received the wrong product.
Your product arrived damaged.
Your product arrived leaking or tampered with.
A product is missing from your order.
You received an expired product.
There is a verified manufacturing or packaging defect.

2. Products That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for products that have been:

Opened.
Used.
Partially consumed.
Altered or tampered with.
Damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
Returned without prior approval from Couple Formula.
Returned after the applicable return-request period.

For hygiene and safety reasons, personal-use products that have been opened cannot be resold.

3. Return Request Time Limit

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for wrong, damaged, missing, or defective products.

For damaged or visibly tampered packages, we strongly recommend contacting us within 48 hours.

4. How to Request a Return or Replacement

Please send us the following information:

Your order number.
Your registered mobile number or email.
A brief description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the product.
Photographs of the outer package and shipping label.
A video, where reasonably requested, showing the issue.

Our customer support team may request additional information to verify the claim.

5. What Happens After a Request?

Our team will review your request.

If the issue is verified, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

The final resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability.

6. Returning the Product

If we require the product to be returned, we will provide instructions.

Please do not ship anything back to us without receiving return instructions from our customer support team.

7. Change of Mind or Personal Preference

We understand that every person's body and wellness journey is different.

However, personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with individual results does not automatically qualify a product for return or refund, particularly once the product has been opened or used.

If you experience an issue while using a product, please contact our support team. We would rather understand the problem and help you than leave you guessing.

8. Important Safety Information

Never continue using a product if you believe you are experiencing an unexpected reaction or if the product appears damaged or contaminated.

REFUND POLICY

1. When Can I Receive a Refund?

A refund may be provided where:

We are unable to fulfil your confirmed order.
You received a damaged, defective, or expired product and a replacement is not appropriate.
You received the wrong product and a replacement is not possible.
Your order was cancelled within the permitted cancellation period.
Your order was accepted for return and the return has been successfully verified.
A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

2. Refund Processing Time

Where possible, refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the order.

Depending on the payment method and banking or payment-provider processes, it may take approximately 5–10 business days after the refund is initiated for the amount to appear in your account.

The actual time taken by your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway may vary.

3. Refunds for COD Orders

For eligible Cash on Delivery orders, where a refund is approved, we may request your bank or UPI details to process the refund.

We will never ask you for your card PIN, UPI PIN, CVV, or OTP to process a refund.

Please never share these details with anyone claiming to be from Couple Formula.

4. Shipping Charges

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, shipping or delivery charges may not be refundable where the product was successfully dispatched and delivered.

If the issue was caused by Couple Formula, such as an incorrect product being shipped or a verified damaged product, we will determine the appropriate refund or replacement, including applicable shipping costs.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, only part of an order may qualify for a refund.

For example, if one item in a multi-product order is verified as defective while the remaining products were correctly delivered, the refund may apply only to the affected item.

6. Undelivered or Returned-to-Sender Orders

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, repeated delivery failure, refusal of delivery, or other customer-related reasons, the order may be returned to us.

Any refund, if applicable, may be processed after the product reaches us and after deduction of applicable shipping or return charges.

7. Refunds Are Not Based on Guaranteed Results

Couple Formula products are wellness products.

Individual experiences and results may vary from person to person.

A customer is not entitled to a refund merely because a product did not produce the personal result they expected, unless a separate product-specific guarantee has been expressly provided by Couple Formula.

8. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims

We reserve the right to investigate suspicious, repeated, or potentially fraudulent refund or return requests.

Where we reasonably determine that a claim is fraudulent or abusive, we may decline the request and take appropriate action.
