1. Where Do We Deliver?

We currently deliver to most serviceable locations across India.

Some remote locations, restricted areas, or non-serviceable PIN codes may take longer or may not be eligible for delivery. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will inform you as soon as possible.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation and payment.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details through the contact information provided during checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

• Tier 1 and Tier 2 Cities: 3–7 business days

• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may take longer due to weather, festivals, logistics disruptions, incorrect addresses, courier delays, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters to us.

Couple Formula products are shipped in discreet outer packaging without sexually explicit product descriptions or unnecessary information about the contents on the outside of the package.

Your package should look like an ordinary wellness shipment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to our delivery partner, we will share the available tracking information through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels provided by you.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after dispatch.

6. Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer support team with your order number.

We will coordinate with the delivery partner and help you with the latest available status.

Courier delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund if the package is still in transit.

7. Damaged Packages

Please do not use a product if the package or product appears damaged, tampered with, leaking, or otherwise compromised.

Take clear photographs or videos of the outer package, shipping label, product packaging, damaged area, and product received.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please keep the product unused and retain the original packaging.

Once verified, we may arrange a replacement with the correct product or a refund where replacement is not possible.

9. Missing Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs or videos of the package and its contents.

We will investigate the shipment and, if the missing item is confirmed, arrange the appropriate resolution.

10. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

Please make sure your delivery address, PIN code, and phone number are correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated delivery failure, refusal of delivery, an incorrect or unreachable phone number, or other customer-related reasons, we may charge applicable re-shipping or return-to-origin costs before sending the order again.

For COD orders, repeated refusal of deliveries may result in COD being unavailable for future orders.

11. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If Cash on Delivery is available for your PIN code, applicable COD charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

For certain orders, we may contact you to verify the order before dispatch.

An order may be cancelled if we are unable to verify the delivery details.

12. International Shipping

At present, Couple Formula ships only within India unless otherwise specifically stated on the website.
